Colorado Springs Wedding & portrait Photographer

For couples who want presence over performance, and photographs that feel like memory — not production.

Your life is already worth remembering.

I think there’s this weird pressure now to make life look important before we allow ourselves to remember it. Like moments only matter if they’re polished enough, aesthetic enough, or “big” enough to justify documenting.

But honestly, the things people usually end up caring about later are so much smaller than that.

The apartment you lived in together before everything changed.
The way your friends act around each other when nobody’s paying attention.
Music playing while you make dinner.
The feeling of your wedding day before it became a blur.

That’s the stuff I care about.

Your Story Starts Here

Not overly posed photos or turning your life into a performance for the camera. I want this to feel like you actually got to live your life first, and happened to have it documented along the way.

There are so many moments in life that do not feel important until later.

I grew up in a house where nothing was too small to keep.

My mom made scrapbooks for everything, we had bins of home videos, and a chaotic YouTube channel somewhere online. It was never about big milestones, just the ordinary in between moments that only make sense later.

That’s where this started for me.

I build my life out of small things, noticing light, pacing, and atmosphere, finding pieces that already feel like they belong to a story.

I love ordinary spaces, golden hour parks, quiet nights in, slow days where nothing really happens but everything feels like something.

That’s what I’m drawn to. That’s what I document.

I want what I create to feel familiar, like a memory you didn’t realize you were already living.

"Noelle is genuinely the best photographer you can hire for your big day! Period. She creates a story and finds genuine inspiration in your happiness and emotion. If you are looking for beautiful candids, a photojournalist approach, and overall the best person and dancer- HIRE HER! Golden Soul Media is the best and I’d recommend her to everyone, we just ADORE our photos!"

- Abbey

"Noelle was the best wedding photographer and an even better person! From the start, she was organized, thoughtful, and made us feel completely comfortable. She captured every moment beautifully, from the big emotional highlights to the candid little details we would have otherwise missed.
Her work is stunning, and she brought such a calm, professional presence to our day. Our family and friends loved her, and everyone has been obsessed with the photos. We received our gallery quickly, and it exceeded every expectation.
If you want someone who truly cares and will preserve your memories beautifully, I can’t recommend Golden Soul Media enough."

- Alana

"Noelle is the most amazing, kind hearted, funny, gentle soul you’ll ever meet! She took my son’s first birthday cake smash photos, and let me just tell you, she was AMAZING with him!! After that first experience with her, we knew she would be our go to photographer! She recently took our family photos which turned out absolutely spectacular! Again, she was so patient and kind with our son (who was 18 months at the time)! She got such a perfect mix candid and posed shots. We now have them printed and hung all around our house we love them so much! Her quality it out of this world (just like her kind heart), and she always makes you feel so beautiful and photogenic! We will 10000% continue working with her anytime we need professional photos taken!"

For couples who want to actually experience their wedding day

I don’t really believe your wedding day should feel like an all day photoshoot.

Portraits matter, and I’ll always guide when it’s needed, but I care more about helping you stay present in what’s actually happening than pulling you out of it to recreate moments for the camera.

The goal is that when you look back, it feels like your wedding actually felt, not just how it looked.
The emotional parts, the chaotic parts, the funny in between moments, your people being themselves, all of it.

weddings

For the seasons of life that do not seem important until they are.

These sessions are the heart of what I love doing.

They are built around real life, your apartment, your routines, your favorite places, the version of your life you are inside of right before it changes.

Nothing needs to be perfectly styled or exciting to be worth remembering. I think people underestimate how meaningful ordinary life actually is while they are living it.

These sessions are slower, documentary driven, and focused on capturing life as it already is rather than turning it into something else.

These sessions are flexible and collaborative, built around a feeling, a space, or a version of yourself you want to hold onto.

Sometimes they are cinematic, sometimes quieter and simple, sometimes built around a place or idea that already means something to you.

The goal is always the same, something honest and lived in instead of overly polished or performative.

INTENTIONAL PORTRAITS

Weddings, everyday moments, and in between scenes that don’t always have a category, just people being themselves without turning it into something else.

Nothing here is staged into existence. It was all simply lived, and then remembered.

Stories That Feel Like Something - The portfolio

A completely unposed, pressure-free experience

You don’t have to know what to do. Most people come in worried they’ll feel awkward. I create an environment where they can relax, settle in, and just be—without constant direction or forced moments. (I direct when necessary but how you are in the space is enough).

I always want there to be nostalgia about the experience. Deja Vu like almost. You come in and you recognize it. There's familiarity because its something we built around you. I focus on what’s actually happening—capturing emotion, movement, and connection as it naturally unfolds so it feels real when you look back.

Photos that feel like memory, not performance

Ordinary moments, are seen differently here. The apartment you assume is "unaesthetic" is actually just because you are not focused on the magic of the space and Pinterest gives us unrealistic expectations. Using light, pacing, and attention to detail inspired by film, I turn everyday spaces and moments into something that feels immersive, meaningful, and alive.

A cinematic approach to real life

I’m not interested in pulling you out of your life to document it. Whether it’s a wedding or an ordinary day, my approach allows you to stay fully in the moment while I quietly pay attention to what’s unfolding.

Space to be fully present

You don’t need a bigger milestone, a prettier home, or a more exciting season. This work is about recognizing the beauty in your life as it is and preserving the things that matter before they become memories.

Your life is already worth remembering

This is about more than photos. It’s about noticing the beauty in the things you see every day and realizing that the moments you almost overlooked were worth remembering all along.

A deeper appreciation for the ordinary

This Is What I’m All About

You just need to be inside it.

If you are looking for a Colorado wedding or couples photographer who cares about emotion just as much as imagery, you are in the right place.

Document This Season

You do not need a perfectly curated life for it to deserve remembering.
